Safety Devices¶

To guard operators from danger, the machine is equipped with safety devices as shown below.

Depending on the specifications of the machine, the [EMERGENCY STOP] button may be mounted in other places of the machine.

WARNING

Be ready to press the [EMERGENCY STOP] button during machine operation.

Do not place any obstacle in front of an [EMERGENCY STOP] button.

Even when the [EMERGENCY STOP] button is pressed, confirm all operations have come to a complete STOP before approaching moving parts.

Do not operate the machine with protective covers removed or while other safety devices are in invalid status.

Do not put too much confidence in safety devices, protective covers and doors. This is not the explosion-proof specification machine. Recognition of the dangers involved in machining procedures is required at all times. Dangers such as the ejection of a large workpiece or harmful dust or an explosion caused by the machining of metals such as magnesium are not preventable even if the door is closed.

If protective covers or safety devices are damaged, contact the DynamiTech Service Department.
