Signal Words¶
The manual marks information that needs particular attention with the following signal words and symbols.
DANGER
Indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
WARNING
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor injury or damage to the machine.
Failure to observe the precautions (hazards, warnings and cautions) will lead to
the hazards indicated in square brackets [ ], injuries or machine trouble.

Caution label levels¶
Caution labels attached to the machine are marked according to the following warning levels.
| Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| DANGER | Failure to follow the instructions will result in serious injury or death. |
| WARNING | Failure to follow the instructions could result in serious injury or death. |
| CAUTION | Failure to follow the instructions could result in minor injury, or in damage to the machine. |
